VAT Exemption
You are entitled to VAT relief on the purchase of your TENS unit if you are a "handicapped" person using a TENS for personal or domestic use. "Handicapped" means chronically sick or disabled. For example, a person with chronic arthritis or a chronic back condition would qualify, but a person suffering from a "sports injury" would not.
In order to claim VAT relief you must first complete the VAT declaration form. Please print off this form and post a signed copy to Natures Gate. Providing you return this form to us within a week of placing your order we will refund your VAT.
